We are based in the beautiful Dyfi Valley of Wales between Machynlleth and Dolgellau in Southern Snowdonia.

We undertake a number of very competively priced services including IT support, broadband setup, networking, computer repair, server support, data recovery, virus removal, mobile phone support.

We perform work on Windows servers, laptops and desktops and also Apple laptops, desktops and mobile phones.

  • General IT support of servers, desktops, laptops and networks running Microsoft or Apple software. We supply and support Microsoft 365.

  • Second-hand desktops and laptops supplied locally with warranties and follow up support. We usually have a few machines in stock if you would like to contact us. All machines sold have hard drives cleared and fresh build of software installed

  • Website hosting/email - We can set this up for you and we can also help with any problems you have with your website, search engine optimization (SEO) or emails hosted elsewhere.
  • We can help you with connection to internet, wireless networking and general help with PC problems and software.
  • Need help extending your wireless or wired network into areas within your home/business with poor coverage? We have lots of experience.
  • Outdoor wifi access. We have experience of extending networks long distances outdoors - campsites, caravan sites, special outdoor events such as weddings.

    We supply and support Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365).

  • Microsoft 365 can be used to provide you with business level controllable email services together with 1TB onedrive cloud storage and online or desktop versions of office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote.
  • Your email will be linked to a domain name of your choice so you will have a proper business email address.
  • Email will prevent nearly all spam and harmful messages getting through and can be tailored to eliminate even more.
  • Many business level monitoring, recovery and audit facilities included.
  • Store and share your files and documents on the cloud with permissions tailored to your users.
  • Personal and shared calendars to organise meetings, appointments and events.
  • Maintain details of your contacts on the cloud.
  • Additional free 'shared' mailboxes as required e.g. hello@, info@, accounts@, enquiries@, support@
  • Full free Microsoft telephone support to deal with any issues.
  • Additional help, enhancements and support as required from ourselves (charged at £27.50 p.h.)
  • We can transfer over your emails from your existing email service (additional charge)
  • We can transfer over your documents and files from their current location to your new cloud storage (additional charge)

    • We can set this up for you with prices starting from £100 plus ongoing charges starting from £5.00 per month for a single user. If you don't have your own domain name already we can get this for you from around a further £25 per year
